I was in London today, so more walking and less bike riding. But this Nike Fuel band keeps reminding me to walk more. Which today included the 200 steps from the underground platform to street level. I was gasping for breath when I got to the top!

I am a little mystified about the difference between steps (I have done 10,000 so far today) and Nike Fuel (3500 today). There doesn't seem to be an easy correlation between the two.
Time for us humans to chill out and let the Gummy Bears do their own training, on the Wii!

I've seen the same trend... 10K and about 3K fuel. I'm mostly walking, so maybe more fuel points reflect more high-intensity activities?

Tamar thinks it may be to do with size / weight. She gets a very different ratio to ours, and to her husband. It is also effected by how vigorously you shake your hand. Ten minutes of table tennis will probably trump an hour of cycling. (unless you put it on your ankle, of course!!)
